ORDERING INFORMATION

MAIL ORDER NO LONGER AVAILABLE to Non-Established Customers

All plants from 4 inch pot to 2 gallon size are available for mail orders.  Larger plants must be purchased at the nursery.  Large orders and/or large plants may be delivered under practical circumstances.  Please, call, send e-mail, or FAX for details.  See information listed below.

When ordering, you may provide alternate choices to your selections.  Some plants become depleted due to popularity or limited supply.  If no alternate choices are made and the plant chosen is not available, we will refund the item. 

Plants are certified free of Sudden Oak Death (Phytophthora ramorum) by California Department of Agriculture.  Shipments include the USDA quarantine certificate for Sudden Oak Death (SOD).

Certain states require brown snail free certificate.  This may delay shipment until it is inspected by California Department of Agriculture.  There is an additional fee for the certificate.

Foreign orders will be charged for all necessary phytosanitary documents.  Some plants may be prohibited entry by your country.  Please, check your country's agricultural regulations before ordering.

California residents must add 8.75% sales tax after April 1, 2009.

MINIMUM ORDER is $35.00 or $100.00 for states requiring phytosanitary document  or outside U.S.

Canceled orders will be refunded minus a $6.00 fee.

Phytosanitary document is $35.00 and must be paid at time of order.  States requiring a phytosanitary document are Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.  Other states will be added to the list when required.  Note above information.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE

Shipping and Handling charges must be paid before order is shipped.  Place your order  in Online Store.  You must provide us your telephone number so we can contact you on the day of shipment about amount to send for postage and handling.   The plants must be shipped the day you receive our phone call so plants are not waiting more days in the dark box than necessary.
